The ‘BLOK Container System’ has been designed to improve the efficiency of container terminal operations. It comprises one (or more) of a Spreader (to pick up to 4 empty containers), a Rig (for twistlock removal and VTL testing), Cert (for accredited certification of the VTLs) and a Terminal Trailer for jigging and transporting multiple containers.
The work required:
BLOK Container Systems invites tenders from Patent Agents experienced in mechanical engineering structures and mechanisms for the preparation of applications pertaining to the BLOK Container Spreader, Rig, Adaptor, Cassette and Cert. Some patent applications have been applied for by BLOK Container Systems and the successful applicant will be required to now prepare full description, abstract and drawings of these applications and file under the Patent Convention Treaty these as well as proceeding to national applications and Trade Mark preparation as directed, pay all the official fees, translation, foreign agents fees, disbursements, respond to agents queries etc.
The work is to commence in May 2019
A budget price estimate for time to prepare, estimate for disbursements and official fees for UK, EU, USA, PRC, India, Singapore, and others to be discussed, and a note of hourly charges to enable budgeting of work overrun if any.
Services are to be discharged within easy access of Warwick, UK.
Monthly invoice, settlement 30 days from approval.
